Kolkata, July 19 (IBNS): The music of upcoming Bengali movie ‘Shooter’ was launched at a city hotel on Wednesday.
Director-duo Provash and Arijit were present at the event.
Speaking about the film the director-duo said: “The film revolves round the character of Deva, who is the don of the city. But, he fights against corruption and works for the betterment of the people.”
Amit Bandhu Ghosh is the music composer and the lyrics have been penned down by Goutam Susmit.
Popular singers like Kunal Ganjawala, Vinod Rathodd, June Banerjee and Kumar Sanu have lent their voices for the songs in the film.
Actor Joy Mukherjee and actress Sayantika are the lead pair of the film. Actors like Ashish Vidyarthi, Amitava Bhattacharya, Rita Kayral and others are also featured in the film.
The director also revealed that few scenes of the film have been shot in Malaysia.
