Kolkata, Aug 19 (IBNS): West Bengal Minister of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Firhad Hakim Saturday inaugurated 'Home Front 2012', an exhibition where residential properties are bought and sold under one roof at the Netaji Indoor Stadium.
The exhibition was orgainsed by Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Bengal.
Present on the occasion were - President of CREDAI Bengal Harsh Vardhan Patodia, Vice President of CREDAI Bengal Sushil Mohta, Ex President of CREDAI Bengal & Convener of the Grievance Cell Pradeep Sureka and Convener of Exhibition Committee Nandu Belani.
This fare displayed properties by builders like Ambuja Realty, Aspirations, Godrej Prakrity, Sureka Group, Lord Groups, Merlin Group and many others.
Among the projects were Burdwan Rising, Ganga Greens, Urbana, Renaissance and Parnasree Green and many others.
The exhibition consists of apartments, row houses, pent houses, smart houses, villas as well as studio apartments.
Operations head of India Green Realty Avijit Dhara said booking facility of properties are available in this realty fair.
Speaking at the inauguration Patodia said, “The objective of Home Front 2012 is to facilitate direct interaction amongst potential buyers, exhibitors and developers."
"It will provide a great opportunity for potential real estate buyers and visitors to witness the best of Bengal properties at a common platform, compare prices, avail discounts, carry out clear and hassle free deals, explore investment opportunities and most importantly make an informed choice,” he said.
