Pantaloons hosts its Fresh Face Hunt Regional Finale

Kolkata, June 2 (IBNS): In a star studded event, the eastern zonal winners of ‘Pantaloons Fresh Face Hunt 2012’ were declared at a mall in south Kolkata on Friday.
Clad in stylish ethnic, formal and casual wear, 28 young contestants set the ramp of the fashion talent hunt show on fire.
Bengali actress Rituparna Sengupta who was present at the event to cheer up the finalists said: “This is a wonderful feeling to be here. This is a wonderful platform for the newcomers to showcase their talent.”
At the event Rituparna also spoke about her upcoming film ‘Teen Kanya’.
Among the 28 finalists Anuj Jaiswal came up as winner among the boys and Moumita Sarkar was declared as winner among the girls.
These two participants would move to Mumbai where they would be competing with other zonal finalists for the Grand Finale.
Fashion designer Abhishek Dutta and Bengali director Agnidev Chatterjee were amongst the celebrity judges.
Impressed with participant’s talents, Abhishek Dutta said: “This platform is amazing. I think some of them can actually make it to the ramp. ”
Speaking about the event Marketing Chief of Pantaloons said: “It’s great to see that our unique engagement platform, Fresh Face Hunt has been so well received. The competition seems to be intensifying with each city that we audition in.”
The grand finale of Pantaloons Fresh Face Hunt 2012 will be held on 23rd June.
