Bihar: Maoists abduct station manager

Patna, June 20 (IBNS): Maoists on Wednesday abducted the station manager of Bihar's Ghorparan railway station near its border with West Bengal.
Station manager Vijay Kumar and two other railway employees were abducted by the rebels, local media reports said.
Around 15 to 20 Maoists on Wednesday kidnapped the station manager from his office room.
Ghorparan station is located under Asansol railway division.
Senior railway officials reached the spot.
The railway officials fear that landmines have been planted by the Maoists on the railway line in the area.
Train service has been stopped on the Howrah-Delhi main line.
Several trains, including Sealdah Akal Takht Express, have been halted at different stations.
