Guwahati, August 20 (IBNS): A security personnel killed a colleague by his service revolver in Assam’s Hamren police district on Monday, officials said.
The incident took place at Hamren police reserve on Monday, where an Assam police jawan Bipul Mech killed a colleague by his service revolver.
The deceased, an Assam police constable was identified as Lalmura Jilmang.
The body was sent for postmortem to Diphu civil hospital in Karbi Anglong district.
Meanwhile, the killer Bipul Mech had been arrested.
