Assam: Army vehicle blasted; jawan killed

According to reports, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded under the vehicle in which the Army personnel were travelling.

The incident occurred at around 10:30 am.

The vehicle was reportedly moving from Kokrajhar to Goalpara district's Agia area.

No group has claimed responsibility of the blast so far.
