Kolkata, July 26 (IBNS): The Telegraph Cup Golf presented by Emta in association with Balantine’s took the levels of excitement a notch higher as the game approached the doors of the decisive day.

Vivek Bajoria and Anant Bajoria of McLeod & Co. Ltd enjoyed a brilliant round of 73 and 76 gross respectively taking them to the top of the table with a total score of 224 gross.
Williamson Magor-A is now placed three strokes behind of McLeod & Co. Ltd and have now taken the second spot with a gross of 227. Madhya Bharat Papers Ltd are placed third with a total of 230 gross.
In Division II, Goodricke Group Limited-A leading with a score of 243, followed by Williamson Magor-B with a score of 253 are in second spot. The third place was taken by Mcleod Russel India Ltd-G with 259 gross.
The Division III saw South Eastern Railway Sports Association maintaining lead position. However, they’re facing stiff competition from Williamson Magor- E who are tied with them at the top spot with the score of 251 gross. Tijiya Engineering Pvt Ltd took third place at the close of day with a score of 261.
The skill prizes added much to the fun element. The DBS Bank Straightest Drive was won by Vikram Singh and the Ballantine’s Long Drive was won by Sudeep Chitlangia. H&H Hellenic Heritage Closest to the Pin was won by Pallav Borgohain.
