Agra, February 25 (ANI): The make or break assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh are being considered as a semi-final to the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. However, amidst this hype, the local issues seem to have taken a backseat. Locals of Agra lament the fact that their representatives have hardly paid any heed to their problems Lack of water supply, frequent power-cuts and poor infrastructure have marred the normal life of people Agra would go to polls in sixth phase on February 28th.
