VIRBHADRA SINGH RESIGNS, SAYS HE IS STILL IN CONGRESS PARTY
"Union Minister for Small, Micro and Medium Industries, Virbhadra Singh, who on Tuesday resigned after a Himachal Pradesh court framed corruption charges against him and his wife, insisted that he was still in the Congress party. Singh was answering questions at a press conference soon after he submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
