Vayalar Ravi calls Army chief ___frustrated



New Delhi, March 28 (ANI): Union Minister Vayalar Ravi today criticized the army chief, who has reportedly written a letter to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh describing poor state of the Indian army. He said that whatever Gen VK Singh has done are the actions of a frustrated individual. Meanwhile, slamming the government BJP lawmaker Tarun Vijay said that this is not the way to run government. He also said that the controversy is affecting the morale of the jawans of the country.
