Mumbai, Sept 3 (IBNS): International airline Jet Airways on Wednesday announced the addition of two daily flights in its winter schedule to further strengthen its global travel footprint in the ASEAN region.
The airline, as part of the hub carrier strategy, plans to increase connectivity to cities in ASEAN region and beyond through its primary hubs in Delhi and Mumbai during its winter schedule.

Jet Airways flight 9W 064 will depart Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi at 0855 hrs and arrive at Bangkok at 1430 hrs. The flight leaves Bangkok at 1545 hrs to arrive at Tân Sõn Nhất International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City at 1715 hrs (LT).

On the return, flight 9W 063 will depart Ho Chi Minh City at 1815 hrs (LT) and arrive at Bangkok at 1945 hrs (LT). The flight then departs Bangkok at 2050 hrs (LT) to arrive at Delhi’s T3 terminal at 2359 hrs (LT).

The new daily flight from Delhi to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, via Bangkok will be the 22nd international destination on Jet Airways’ international network.

The airline also plans to introduce a third daily direct service from its international gateway in Mumbai to Bangkok during its winter schedule. The new afternoon service will provide seamless connectivity to guests from the airlines domestic network.

This would make Jet Airways’ the only Indian carrier to operate three flights a day from Mumbai to Bangkok’s International Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Jet Airways guests from Delhi and Mumbai will now have the option of connecting not only to Ho Chi Minh city, but to several destinations of their choice in ASEAN Region while they transit over Bangkok.
