Mumbai, Feb 8 (IBNS): In a first of its kind initiative, LIQVD ASIA, a leading digital marketing agency, recognised by Google as a Premier Partner has launched India’s First Ever Online Exhibition gateway - ExFirst.com in collaboration with iKarmik.com.

It will be an open platform where an exhibition from any industry can be conducted by any organization.

To kick-start the initiative, the first exhibition will feature select designers and brands from the Fashion, Lifestyle and Luxury industry.

It will be an upscale, online fashion exhibition providing a concise mix of carefully curated collections ranging from Bridal wear to casual wear.

All set to showcase some of the most desired names in the industry, this pop-up will be held on Feb 17, 18 and 19.

ExFirst will have participation from over 150 successful fashion designers.

The collections will range from affordable hi-street (Rs. 5000 onwards) to exclusive high-end couture, costing a few lakhs. ExFirst.com boasts of star designers including the likes of Masaba Gupta, Rocky S, Archana Kochhar, Rahul Mishra, Rohit Bal, Kunal Rawal, Falguni and Shane Peacock, Vikram Phadnis, Mandira Wirk, Anjalee & Arjun Kapoor among others.

Along with these stalwarts, the portal will showcase a number of young and talented designers; carefully curated by a set of merchandisers.

Commenting on the launch Rashmi Putcha, Ideator, Exfirst.com states, "There are several physical exhibitions that are held throughout the year. It is a logistical nightmare for the participants. Consumer delight is also compromised due to lack of after sales service. We decided to move the whole experience online opening up a whole world of opportunities for participants as well as consumers!"

Rashmi further adds, “ExFirst will be an open platform for anybody who is keen on organising an online exhibition. Our mission, with this first fashion exhibition under ExFirst, is to provide designers and retailers an opportunity to reach out to consumers across the country. The initiative has seen a tremendous enthusiasm from the fashion industry! A few of them are launching a special collection for these three days.  The iKarmik team has put together a valuable and concerted effort. They have done a commendable job of reaching out to the right designers and made this exhibition a promising reality!”

Karmik Varma, Founder, iKarmik excitedly adds, “It’s a one of a kind online event, not just concept wise but also scale wise. Never before has one heard of finding 150+ designers & brands on one platform for a fixed period, that too exclusively for fashion & lifestyle! We had fun curating the merchandise for this. Today, one is increasingly hearing talk of re-monetizng the economy and this is a step in the right direction. Come to think of it, why shouldn't a fashion exhibition be a part of the movement called Digital India?"

Karmik emphasizes, “The technically savvy brains at LIQVD ASIA have conceptualised a masterpiece of a platform, which promises a lot of firsts, therefore ExFirst! It is slated to witness a mammoth response, even from the last mile of the country making the first edition a definite success!”
