Fagun Thakrar attends Women in Film Oscar event

Mumbai, Mar 2 (IBNS): During the Oscar in Los Angeles, Fagun Thakrar was part of the Women in Film Oscar Event hosted by last years Academy Award winner Brie Larsen with whom Fagun co-starred in a new film also attended were Academy Awards winner Meryl Streep and Emma Stone.

Fagun who recently founded a non-profit the Fagun Foundation, that focused on supporting programs that empower women through their creativity and improve gender equality and women's rights particularly in countries where their rights have been historically suppressed. 

This philanthropic endeavor builds on her previous experience as spokeswoman for various women empowerment non-profits in the USA and as her work as a critically acclaimed actress, writer and director.

Fagun always looks gracefully and elegant. She continued her style at the Oscar weekend, wear she was also seen at other high profile events.
