Andy Murray remains no. 1 player in world, Zverev enters top 10 in ATP ranking

London, May 22 (IBNS): British Tennis star Andy Murray continued his strong run as he maintained the top position on the ATP rankings list released on Monday.

Murray topped the chart with 10,370 points.

Meanwhile, German player Alexander Zverev has moved up seven sports to join the number 10 position in the rankings list.

He created a mark in the world of Tennis on Sunday when he defeated Serbian Tennis star Novak Djokovic in the final of the  Italian Open.

Zverev defeated his opponent 6-4, 6-3 to win his  first ATP Masters 1000 title.

The player has become the  youngest winner of a Masters 1000 tournament.

Meanwhile, Novak maintained his number two position on the list.
