Jharkhand: Maoist arrested in Palamu

Daltonganj/UNI:  The Palamu police has nabbed a hardcore ultra of the CPI (Maoists) from a lodge located in Gandhinagar area of the neighbouring district of Aurangabad in Bihar.

The arrested has been identified as Mrityunjay Yadav alias Dukhan Yadav. Yadav was the prime accused in executing bomb blast at BJP office during Lok Sabha polls in Harihargunj. Police had received a tip off that the ultra was staying in the lodge after which a raid was conducted and he was nabbed.

Many cases are registered against the arrested in different police station areas of the neighbouring state and also in Palamu.
