430 kg of gold, INR 12 lakh in new notes unveiled in Delhi raid
New Delhi, Dec 24 (IBNS): A new raid by officers has unveiled 430 kilograms of gold and INR 12 lakh in new notes from a Delhi firm, media report said.
The gold is worth around INR 120 crore, money diverted illegally by the company to convert old notes.
The raid was conducted by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials at the residence and office of Shri Lal Mahal Ltd, on Thursday and Friday.
The raid was carried out following inputs from sources.
Two persons have been detained.
