Ganges Internationale partners with SunLink for Solar Tracking System in India

New Delhi, Sept 5 (IBNS): Ganges Internationale Private Limited and SunLink Corporation have partnered to accelerate solar tracking development in the Indian market.

Through this strategic partnership, Ganges introduced a globally accepted product that revolutionizes solar tracking with unrivaled flexibility and efficiency, yielding to greater power generation, while offering measurable reductions in total costs.

Ganges holds a vast experience on ground mount solar project execution with manufacturing facilities.

Together with SunLink’s solar tracking systems, Ganges will now offer technology that increases energy generation by 15-20%.

These solar trackers systems direct solar panels or modules towards the sun, changing their orientation throughout the day to follow the sun’s path and maximize energy capture.

“Ganges has demonstrated a commitment to solar energy by diversifying our business to become a major provider of module mounting structure in India,” said Vinay Goyal, CEO of Ganges Internationale.

“Integrating SunLink’s tracker technology with our well-established manufacturing capabilities promises to bring not only more local jobs but increased solar capacity to help meet our country’s clean energy goal, simultaneously giving the Indian developers a world-class tested product in single axis tracking technology,” said he.

“India Prime Minister Modi’s goal of 175GW by 2022 is ambitious and requires a fast-track for successful implementation,” explained SunLink CEO Michael Maulick.

“As I shared with Mr. Modi when he visited the U.S. in June, we believe that the combination of local, respected experts like Ganges Internationale with SunLink’s internationally deployable tracker technology and engineering excellence provides precisely the formula for success he is seeking. Our technology is proven, Ganges ability to implement is proven, and with our combined forces, we’re tackling projects at an accelerating rate,” Maulick said.
