GVK CSIA bags another Golden Peacock award

Mumbai, Apr 24 (IBNS): GVK CSIA (Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport) the company that manages Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (MIAL) on Friday announced receiving the Golden Peacock Award under the Business Excellence category.
The global accolade was awarded to the company’s CEO Rajeev Jain by Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth & Community Development, Govt. of UAE at a ceremony held in Dubai.
 
The latest milestone puts MIAL in the rare league of global best airports that have won multiple International Acclaim (28 awards ) within a short span of one year. MIAL has also won Golden Peacock Awards for its Sustainability & Pranaam GVK Guest Services. 
 
Receiving Golden Peacock Award honour for Business Excellence is perceived to be even more challenging as it involves assessment of all aspects of organization spanning across leadership effectiveness, strategy planning process, customer service excellence and business results.
