Ola brings top Chefs to cook up a gourmet meal in kitchen for Diwali

New Delhi, Nov 8 (IBNS) - Ola, India’s most popular personal transportation app, is adding to celebrations this Diwali by bringing its customers in Delhi-NCR a chance to savour a meal prepared by some of the best chefs in town.

In association with UrbanClap, Ola App on Nov 10 will have a Chef Icon, using which Ola users will be able to add flavours to their house parties and family gatherings on the eve of Diwali.

All that customers need to do, is to fire the Ola app between 11 am - 2 pm for lunch or between 5 pm - 8 pm for dinner, click on the chef icon and one of the five celebrity chefs - Chef Nitesh, Chef Kanishk, Chef Pankaj, Chef Sonu Juneja or Chef Pushkar, will arrive at their doorstep in an Ola cab.

Chefs will get their own ingredients and special equipment to cook a gourmet delight and share their culinary experiences with select customers at a nominal charge of Rs. 200 per person. Customers can choose to have vegetarian or non–vegetarian delicacies as part of this special three course meal. 

Additionally, on the occasion of Dhanteras; customers in Delhi NCR can also request a Gold Coin straight from the Ola app. They just need to open the Ola app between 11 am – 4.30 pm on 9th November and tap the gold coin icon. An Ola Cab will arrive at the doorstep of select lucky customers with a gift card for the Gold Coin.

The cab would drive these customers to the nearest Kalyan Jewellers store, where the gift card can be redeemed for Gold Coin for a token amount of just Rs.11.
