ONGC appoints Anurag Sharma as CFO
Mumbai/UNI: State-run ONGC on Friday said it has appointed Anurag Sharma as its Chief Financial Officer.
"The Board of Directors of the company at the meeting held on Friday appointed Anuarg Sharma, Director (Onshore) and Director (Finance) [Additional Charge] as Chief Financial Officer of the company," the company said in a regulatory filing.
The term of Sharma as CFO shall be co-terminus with his Additional charge of Director (Finance), it said.
