Petrol price hiked, diesel reduced
Diesel price was slashed by Rs. 1.35 per litre.
"Increase in Retail Selling Price of Petrol by Rs. 0.64/litre at Delhi (including State levies) with corresponding price revision in other States. With this change, the price of Petrol in Delhi will become Rs. 66.93/litre," the Indian Oil Corporation said in a statement.
"Decrease in Retail Selling Price of Diesel (Retail) by Rs. 1.35/litre at Delhi (including State levies) with corresponding price revision in other States. With this change, the price of Diesel in Delhi will become Rs. 50.93/litre," it said.
The new prices will come to effect from midnight of June 15 and June 16.
