Rupee up by 7 paise against USD
Mumbai, Feb 20 (UNI) The Rupee on Wednesday rose by seven paise at 71.28 against the US Dollar in early trade on selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at forex market said.
Weak dollar against other currencies overseas pushed the rupee up, the dealers said.
A major fluctuation was seen in the local unit as it recorded intra day high and low at 71.34 and 71.18 respectively, they added.
