TCS receives 2015 JD Edwards Partner Excellence Award

New York/Mumbai/Kolkata, Mar 19 (IBNS): Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, was recognized at the recent Oracle JD Edwards Summit in Denver, CO with the 2015 JD Edwards Partner Excellence Award for Best Success Story.

The award reflected TCS’ leadership and creative contributions in successfully solving real-world customer challenges, and its deep level of collaboration in developing and deploying Oracle’s JD Edwards applications.

 
As an Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) member providing solutions and services to benefit JD Edwards customers, TCS partnered with its client, Shelf Drilling Holdings, and optimized its global ERP system by developing an innovative hybrid solution of hosted and cloud solutions. 
 
TCS’ success story was also recognized and published as a cover story in the November 2014 issue of Oracle Profit Magazine.
 
“We congratulate TCS in achieving the 2015 Oracle JD Edwards Excellence Award for Best Success Story,” said John Schiff, vice president, Oracle’s JD Edwards. “This achievement is a testament to their dedication to excellence and providing customers solutions and services that drive real business value and results.”
 
TCS designed rollouts of JD Edwards applications have helped to improve operational efficiency and provided the basis for collaborative, results-oriented business relationships. Its solutions harmonize the management of finance, assets, people, projects, and suppliers, and maintain some of the world’s most complex and transformative ERP systems.
