Top Rankers Excellence Awards 2025 honour leaders in management, innovation and nation-building

New Delhi/IBNS: The Top Rankers Excellence Awards 2025 were presented during the 25th National Management Summit in New Delhi, recognising leaders and institutions across management, corporate leadership, governance, innovation and academia.

The awards, organised by Top Rankers, highlighted individuals and organisations for their contributions to nation-building and for setting benchmarks in leadership and innovation.

Virendra Sachdeva, state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Delhi unit, attended the event as chief guest. Prof. Dr. Marc Oliver Opresnik, professor of marketing at Technische Hochschule Lübeck, and Anil Sharma, BJP MLA from Delhi, were guests of honour.

The CEO Awards were presented to Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, CMD of NLC India Ltd.; K. P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC (India) Ltd.; Anshuman Singhania, managing director of JK Tyre & Industries Ltd.; Sanjeev Kumar, CMD of Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd.; Dr. Subhransu Sekhar Acharya, CMD of NSIC Ltd.; Hardeep Brar, managing director of BMW India; and Sumit Chadha, MD and CEO of Baroda Global Shared Services Pvt. Ltd.

The Leadership Awards recognized Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, author and former director HR of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.; Krishna Kumar Singh, director personnel of Steel Authority of India Ltd.; Uttam Lal, director (personnel) of NHPC Ltd.; Sanjeev Asthana, VP HR of Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd.; Dev Jha, CHRO of India Glycols Ltd.; Shalinder Rathi, senior VP and CHRO of Rico Auto Industries Ltd.; Sameet Gambhir, senior VP and group head – legal of UFlex Ltd.; Namit Arora, CFO of Veegee Industries Ltd.; Rakesh Jindal, head of finance, HR and IT at Prospira India Automotive Products Pvt. Ltd.; and Chavvii Prabhakar, founder and CEO of Global Indian Solutions.

Organisational Awards were conferred on IFFCO Ltd, Airports Authority of India, RSWM Ltd. and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

Academic Awards went to Yogesh Mohanji Gupta, chancellor of IIMT University; Dr. Sandeep Marwah, chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts; Prof. Dr. Balvinder Shukla, vice chancellor of Amity University Uttar Pradesh; Prof. Ranjana Jha, vice chancellor of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women; Prof. D. P. Goyal, director and dean of LM Thapar School of Management; and Rajeev Agrawal, secretary of D.S. College of Pharmacy.
