Mumbai/IBNS: Shares of Eternal Ltd., the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, surged 4 per cent on Tuesday after the company released its latest shareholding pattern on Monday evening, media reports said.

The rally marked the fifth consecutive session of gains for the stock.

According to a CNBC-TV18 report, the updated shareholding pattern indicates a rise in foreign headroom for Eternal’s shares.

Foreign headroom has now crossed the 25 per cent mark, making the stock eligible for full inclusion in the MSCI indices.

As per reports, Eternal’s shares had recently seen a correction from record highs amid concerns over the profitability of its various business verticals.
