Bhubaneswar/ Kolkata, May 8 (IBNS): Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik on Sunday flagged off the exposure visit of the top twenty budding astronomers of the state to Satellite Centre of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Bengaluru in a function held at Naveen Niwas, Bhubaneswar.
