COVID-19 cases rise to 11,651 in Rajasthan

Jaipur/UNI: With the registration of 51 more COVID-19 positive cases in Rajasthan, the state's tally on Thursday reached 11,651, while four more people died of the virus, bringing the death toll to 264.

As per the report released by the Health department, Jaipur recorded the highest 16 fresh cases, followed by Ajmer with 14 cases, Jhumjhunu eighth cases, Alwar, Kota and Jhalawar two cases each, while Bara, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Churu, Sawai Madhopur and Tonk one case each.

Expanding the tally, till date Ajmer has recorded 394 cases, 173 cases were registered in Alwar, 90 in Banswara, 62 in Bara, 112 in Barmer, 894 in Bharatpur, 181 in Bhilwada, 118 in Bikaner, 9 in Bundi, 199 in Chittorgarh, 176 in Churu, 74 in Dausa, 74 in Dholpur, 383 in Dungarpur, 12 in Sri Ganganagar, 30 at Hanumangarh, 77 in Jaisalmer, 185 at Jalor, Jhalawar has 337 cases, Jhunjhunu has registered 192 cases, Jodhpur 1985, 34 cases have been identified at Karoli, 537 in Kota, 520 at Nagaur, 685 in Pali, 14 at Pratapgarh, 165 at Rajasamand, 46 at Sawai Madhopur, 318 at Sikar, 219 at Sirohi, 176 at Tonk, 590 at Udaipur COVID-19 cases.

Till on Thursday 5,43,312 samples have been tested out of whom 11,651 have come out to be positive, 5,27,864 negative while reports of 3,797 awaited.
