India records 18,738 new Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours

New Delhi/IBNS: India registered 18,738 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours with active cases standing at 0.31 per cent.

India's active caseload currently stands at 1,34,933.

The recovery rate is currently at 98.50 per cent with 18,558 recoveries in the last 24 hours, the daily health bulletin reported.

A total of 206.21 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far under the nationwide vaccination drive with 29,58,617 doses administered in the last 24 hours.

The daily positivity rate is at 5.02 per cent.
