India's daily COVID-19 positivity rate touches 15.13 pct

New Delhi: India witnessed yet another day of spike as daily positivity rate touched 15.13 percent while 2,82,970 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the past 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.

India's active caseload currently stands at 18,31,000.

Active cases stand at 4.83 percent.

Recovery Rate currently at 93.88 percent.

In the past 24 hours, 1,88,157 people recovered from the deadly disease.

So far, the country has recorded 8,961 Omicron infection cases.
