Häfele launches designer fittings for modern modular kitchens
Kolkata/IBNS: Häfele, which is known for its kitchen fittings and accessories among other things, has recently launched a number of products, including sinks, and plinth fittings and accessories.
The range of handmade Argento kitchen sinks come in five designs with ‘European Satin Finish’ and available in their Kolkata outlet.
Some of the characteristics of the steel sinks, according to the company, include extra deep bowls, durability, lower chances of corrosion and rusting, sound suppression pads, etc.
The range of plinth fittings and accessories have been designed to ensure a pleasing coordination in a modular kitchen.
The range includes Skirting Panels and Skirting Connectors, Plinth Legs and Plinth Connectors, and Ventilation Grills.

The skirting panels come in six finishes: Dark Bronze, Graphite, Rose Gold, Gold, Silver and Aluminium Mirror which, according to the company, pair flawlessly with Häfele’s Profin Range of Aluminium Profiles, blending seamlessly, thereby providing a monochromatic look to a kitchen.
For varied applications, the skirting connectors (which attach two skirting panels together) are available at different angles and match the finishes of the skirting panels.
The plinth legs from this range come in two variants, round base and triangular base, with each leg capable of carrying a load up to 200 kg.

The range also has plinth connectors that help secure the skirting panel firmly to the plinth legs.
In addition to the Standard Clip Connector, Häfele also has the Blink Connector, which, according to the company, allows easy access to the space beneath cabinets due to its detachable magnetic connection between the skirting panel and plinth leg.
The range also consists of Ventilation Grills which enable air circulation inside the built-in cabinets.
