Kolkata hosts 'Buzzutsav 2014'

Kolkata, Oct 14 (IBNS): All the dandiya enthusiasts across the city got back into the dancing mode as Kolakata's most popular and much-awaited Navratri Dandiya night-'Buzzutsav' 2014- The Anthem of Celebrations- took place with a bang this year.

The event was organized by Buzz 365 Entertainments and co-ordinated by Media Connect at Mani Square Mall from Oct 1 to Oct 3.

Notably, popular television celebrities joined the crowd and added glitter to the celebration.

The primary attraction of this year were its celebrity participants who were Rithvik Dhanjani - winner of Nach Baliye 6, contestant of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5, Dare 2 Dance, Arjun Kilroskar of Pavitra Rishta and MTV Fanaah Fame on the first day (Saptami, 1st October’2014); Karan Tacker, finalist of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 7, acted in serials like Comedy Nights with Kapil, Love Ne Mila Di Jodi, Ek hazaro me meri behna hai and many others on the second day (Ashtami, 2nd October, 2014). It was also attended by Varun Sharma –Choocha of the Bollywood movie, Fukrey on the Mahanavmi 3rd October, 2014. 

The foot-tapping music was played by DJ Harish Lakhmani, the popular DJ in most of the current events. Finally, the event was anchored by Emcee Anneysha Ghosh, the budding anchor.

Harsh Madhogaria, Owner of Buzz365 Entertainments, said, “I felt amazing and special to organize such an event for the happening crowd of Kolkata. I would love to organize events like this every year too. It felt great having Rithvik, Karan and Varun amongst us. People of Kolkata were soaked in the festive spirit on these three days as they gathered to celebrate and had a gala time at our garba and dandiya event. Like every year, revellers were high on dandiya, as they danced to the garba beats till wee hours.”
