Kolkata: The Salt House to lay out special brunch for Easter Sunday

Kolkata, Mar 26 (IBNS): Planning to spend time with family or friends over lunch to enjoy Easter Sunday? How about trying the indulgent all-day spread from Kolkata's Salt House, the city's recently opened roof top dining joint?

The Salt House (40 Shakespeare Sarani) has promised to lay out a sumptuous Easter Sunday brunch with an 'egg-citing' menu.

Curated by Chef Auroni Mookerjee, the Easter Sunday (April 1) special brunch is priced at Rs 999 plus tax

The choice of 'roast' menu includes ‘Roast Leg Of Mutton’ or ‘Bottle Masala Chicken Roast’ or ‘Slow Roasted Pork Belly’ (all items to be served with a side of cauliflower gratin, peyaz-kuli mash, grilled vegetables, gravy and freshly baked hot-cross pavs).

Choice of desserts include ‘Salted Crème Caramel’ or ‘Berry and Mascarpone Trifle’ or the ‘Carrot and Cream Cheese Fondant.’
