University of Bradford to host the ‘Leadership in the Age of Digital Era’ workshop in Delhi

New Delhi, Nov 22 (IBNS): With an aim to initiate a discussion with influencers of students, the UK-based University of Bradford will be organizing the ‘Leadership in the Age of Digital Era’ workshop on 23rd November at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Delhi.

The workshop will be led by Professor Vishanth Weerakkody, who is the Associate Dean at the University’s Faculty of Management and Law. It will focus on the need for leadership skills in a world that is moving forward at such a great pace and will emphasize on how leadership should be a part of the training modules of all educational institutions and should be promoted in organizations via professional development activities.

The event will witness participation from school counselors, school leaders, recruitment agents, representatives from various universities, corporates and financial institutions.

The focus of the workshop will be on making the participants understand the different styles of leadership and educate them about the skills and attributes that good leaders possess. The workshop would also help them in recognizing the potential that disruptive technologies possess and assess the impact that they may have on leaders and their organizations.
