Congress releases manifesto for Delhi Assembly polls

New Delhi/UNI: Congress on Sunday released its manifesto for Delhi Assembly Polls, promising to provide 300 units free electricity, a stong Lokpal Bill and interest-free loan to students.

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Subash Chopra, other leaders Ajay Maken, Anand Sharma were present at the manifesto launch.

Giving 300 Unit free electricity, providing interest-free loan to students, completing metro phase three, four and five projects at earliest,  five new AIIMS-type super-speciality hospitals, 25 per cent of the budget to control pollution, were some of the promises the grand old party made in its manifesto.

The elections in Delhi are scheduled to take place on February 8 while the counting will take place on February 11.
