Four people killed in a road accident in Assam’s Tezpur

Guwahati/IBNS: At least four people were killed after a speedy vehicle in which they were travelling met with an accident in Assam’s Sonitpur district on Monday night due to fog.

The incident took place at Bihoguri area near Tezpur.

According to reports, a Tata Manza vehicle, in which four youths were travelling, hit a stationary goods laden truck.

Three people died on spot and another succumbed to his injuries at hospital.

The deceased persons were identified as Gautam Das, Ujjal Kurmi, Jayanta Nath and Mridul Saikia.

The incident was happened while the youths were returned to home after attending a football match.
