I love you: Arvind Kejriwal tells people of Delhi after Assembly polls victory

New Delhi/IBNS: In his first address to party workers after registering a thumping victory in the Assembly polls, Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal thanked the people of Delhi for bringing his party to power in the national capital for the third straight term.

"People of Delhi, you have created a miracle today. I love you," Kejriwal said amid loud cheers here.

"This is a victory of Mother India, the entire nation and the people of Delhi," he said.

Kejriwal said people voted AAP to power by keeping in mind the development in mind.

"We hope in the next five years we will be able to serve the people of Delhi like the previous term," he said.

"This is the day of Lord Hanuman who has blessed the people of Delhi. I thank Hanuman ji and ask him to show us the proper way so that we can serve people of Delhi," he said.

Kejriwal said the government will work hard for the next five years to bring developments in the lives of people.

Repeating similar performance, the AAP once again returned to power in Delhi by registering a thumping victory in the Assembly polls.

The AAP is ahead or has won 63 seats so far while the Bharatiya Janata Party once again failed to deliver in the polls and managed to grab just seven setas.

The BJP showed marginal improvement from its 2015 Delhi Assembly polls results where it had won just three seats.

Congress could not win a single seat.
