The participants will have the opportunity to undertake a one-year apprenticeship in factories, which will provide them with valuable practical experience aimed at enhancing their employability.

According to the Government of Maharashtra, the scheme will benefit over 1 million youths, with the government allocating around Rs 10,000 crore for its implementation.

Chief Minister Shinde underscored that this initiative represents a historic step toward creating a skilled workforce and highlighted its potential impact on employment generation.
