PM Narendra Modi welcomes US President Donald Trump with bear hug

Ahmedabad/IBNS: With his signature bear hug, Indian PM Narendra Modi on Monday welcomed US President Donald Trump who is visiting the country for two days.

Trump arrived in India with his family.

Amid dhol and other traditional instruments being played, Trump landed in India and got out of the flight as Modi personally welcomed him to his nation.

Trump will attend several events in India during his two-day stay.

He will participate in a major event in Ahmedabad city shortly.

This is Donald Trump's first visit to India since becoming the US President.

Trump also became the first US President to visit Gujarat.

Trump is scheduled to visit Agra city in Uttar Pradesh to see the iconic Taj Mahal.
