Amaravati/IBNS: Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu thrashed YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP, paving way for his return to power in Andhra Pradesh.

As the trends of the Andhra Pradesh assembly election results come out, Naidu's TDP is leading in 133 seats while YSRCP in 15 seats.

The TDP is in an alliance with the BJP and Jana Sena Party in Andhra Pradesh.

Celebrations have started in the TDP headquarters as Naidu is set to return as the CM after a gap of 5 years.

The party has announced Naidu will take oath as the Chief Minister on June 9.

Outgoing Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is leading in Pulivendula.

Reports claim the YSRCP leaders have already left the counting centres as TDP is poised to make a comeback.
