Mumbai/UNI: Congress high command on Friday appointed Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Seva Dal’s working president Rakesh Shetty as Observer for Telangana for the assembly election.

Seva Dal national general secretary and chief organiser Lalji Mishra, who is in-charge of Maharashtra today said in a statement.

Shetty, a veteran Congressman, said that he has outlined an ambitious plan to mobilize Seva Dal volunteers across the state, aiming to strengthen the party's presence and strategies for the upcoming polls.

A key component of his plan is conducting training sessions for Congress and Seva Dal workers, focusing specifically on door-to-door campaigning and booth management techniques.

Through these training programs, Rakesh intends to equip party workers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage voters at a grassroots level.

By emphasizing personal connections, effective communication of the party's message, and addressing voter concerns, Rakesh believes we can significantly enhance our chances of success in the elections.
