Uttar Pradesh: 2 killed in road accident in Sonbhadra

Sonbhadra/UNI: Two persons were killed when their motorcycle was hit by a tractor while they were on their way to a wedding function in Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra district, police said on Monday.

Rakesh Bharti, a resident of Saraigad, and Mahendra Bharti, a resident of Pusauli village in Robertsganj, were on their way to Amdih village to attend a marriage function around 10:30 pm on Sunday when they collided with a tractor parked on the road near Doria Morh on Pannuganj Khaliari road, police sources said.

The injured were rushed to a local hospital where doctors declared them brought dead.
