Seven years, then goodbye: Amy Schumer, Chris Fischer end their marriage
Actress Amy Schumer and her husband Chris Fischer have decided to end their marriage after seven years.
Announcing on Instagram, Schumer shared an interesting image where she could be seen sitting beside her husband on a subway.
She wrote: "Blah blah blah Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after 7 years. We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son."

She asked people to respect their privacy at the moment.
"We would appreciate people respecting our privacy at this time. blah blah blah not because I dropped some lbs and thought I could bag s basket and not because he’s a hot James beard award winning chef who can still pull some hot tail. Amicable and all love and respect! Family forever," she said.
The couple had tied the knot in 2018. They welcomed their son in 2019.
Schumer wrote and made her film debut in a starring role in Trainwreck (2015), earning a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Comedy or Musical. She then starred in the comedy films Snatched (2017), and I Feel Pretty (2019). She created, produced and starred in the HBO documentary series Expecting Amy (2020), and the Hulu comedy-drama series Life & Beth (2022–2024).
