Shatrughan Sinha praises daughter Sonakshi Sinha for Noor

Mumbai, Apr 21 (IBNS): Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha on Friday congratulated and appreciated her daughter Sonakshhi Sinha for her performance in the movie 'Noor'.

Noor hit the silver screen on Friday.

Appreciating her daughter, Shatrughan Sinha tweeted: "#Noor - which not only sparkles but makes us proud too. What a great performance in a brilliantly directed film by Sunhil Sippy....2>3."

"#Noor - @sonakshisinha is ably supported by intense & convincing Kanan Gill, surprise package Purab Kohli & fully focused and believable 3>4," he said.

He said: "#Noor...Smita Tambe & Manish Chaudhary. The mind-boggling cinematography by DOP and all related technicians is highly commendable...4>5."

Noor is directed by Sunhil Sippy.

The film is based on Pakistani author Saba Imtiaz's novel Karachi, You're Killing Me! and follows a Pakistani journalist-writer Noor's misadventures and love life as she navigates her way through Mumbai.
