New Delhi, Feb 5 (IBNS) Jet Airways has suspended entire cabin crew of its Feb 4 Jodhpur-Mumbai flight after it reportedly allowed singer Sonu Nigam to use in-flight announcement system to sing a song.

In a statement posted on its Twitter page, Jet Airways said: "We wish to clarify that our cabin crew has been taken off duty in line with our safety policy. They will return to flying duties on completion of their relevant briefing/training."

A video uploaded by some passengers in the flight showed the singer singing some of his popular tracks.

Though, Jet Airways did not mention the reason behind taking off the cabin crew members but some media reports have suggested that it is connected with Nigam's performance in the flight.
