Mumbai, Jan 30 (IBNS): Actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left his fans impressed with the first look of himself from upcoming movie Sonchiriya.

With beard on his face and a rifle jacket wrapped around his body, Sushant is looking intense and it seems he is going to play the character of a dacoit in the film.

Sharing the first look, Rajput tweeted: " SONCHIRIYA सोन चिरैया #AbhishekChaubey @RSVPMovies @RonnieScrewvala @honeytrehan @psbhumi @BajpayeeManoj @RanvirShorey @ashutoshrana10."

Looking at a glance, it is quite  tough for even his closest fans to recognize Rajput.

The movie is directed by Abhishek Chaubey.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: " Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar in #Sonchiriya... Costars Manoj Bajpayee, Ashutosh Rana and Ranvir Shorey... Produced by Ronnie Screwvala... Abhishek Chaubey directs."
