The Kashmir Files marching ahead at BO, earns Rs. 141.25 crores so far

Mumbai: The Kashmir Files has emerged as one of the top grosses at the Box Office this year by earning Rs. 141.25 crores so far.

" #TheKashmirFiles is a ONE-HORSE RACE... Day 9 [Sat] is HIGHER than *all 8 days*... Trending like #Baahubali2 in *Weekend 2*... There's a *strong possibility* of hitting ₹ 28 cr - ₹ 30 cr today [Day 10]... [Week 2] Fri 19.15 cr, Sat 24.80 cr. Total: ₹ 141.25 cr. #India biz," film critic Tara Adarsh tweeted.

The movie is currently screened on 4000 screens and more are counting.

Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files, a film based on video interviews of the first generation victims of the Kashmiri Pandit community's genocide in 1990, opened in theatres on Friday with a promising box office figure amid a rave review by the audience among whom it touched an emotional chord.

Apart from Kher, the film also features Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi.
