Asia Cup: India bowl out Pakistan for 83 runs

Dhaka, Feb 27 (IBNS) After asked to bat first by India, Pakistan managed to score 83 runs, here on Saturday.

Pakistan had a poor start as they lost their opening wicket in the first over of the match.

Mohammad Hafeez drove Ashish Nehera for a four but edged one soon after to leave his side reeling at four runs for the loss of a wicket.

Jasprit Bumrah struck next, removing Sharjeel Khan for 7.

The other batsman barring Sarfaraz Ahmed and Khurram Manzoor could not reach the two-figure mark.

Sarfaraz scored 25 runs.

For India, Hardik Pandya was the pick of the bowlers picking up 3 wickets, giving away just 8 runs.

Ravindra Jadeja picked up 2 wickets.
