B Sai Praneeth wins Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold Badminton title

New Delhi, June 4 (IBNS): India's third seed B Sai Praneeth lifted Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold Badminton title by beating Jonatan Christie in the final of the tournament on Sunday.

The Indian player defeated his opponent 17-21, 21-18, 21-19.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Sh. B Sai Praneeth for winning the Thailand Open badminton tournament.

“Congratulations to B Sai Praneeth for winning the Thailand Open badminton tournament. India is elated on the accomplishment,” the Prime Minister said.
