Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Lucie Safarova wins French Open women's double title

Paris, June 11 (IBNS): Top seeds Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Lucie Safarova won the women's doubles event title of the ongoing French Open here on Sunday.

In the final clash, Mattek and Safarova defeated Australians Ashleigh Barty and Casey Dellacqua.

The US-Czech pair defeated heir opponents 6-2, 6-1.
