Champions Trophy 2017: Sri Lanka win toss, elect to field first

London, June 8 (IBNS): In another clash between two sub-continent countries in the tournament, Sr Lanka won the toss and elected to field first against India, in the Champions Trophy 2017, on Thursday.

Coming out to bat, India is on their way to post a big total against Sri Lanka boasting on the batting of two openers, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan.

While Sharma went out at 78 runs, Dhawan is unbeaten at 102

India  has scored .218/3 in 40 overs.

Dhoni is at the crease with Dhawan, who has already scored 22 runs.

India will try to win the match to secure a spot in the semis.
